How does the Single Portal plan work?
The Single Portal plan ($79/mo) gives your entire team unlimited seats, unlimited actions, 50,000 production runs per month, and connects 1 live production HubSpot portal (plus sandbox portal testing). If you are an agency or consultancy managing multiple client portals, our Multi-Portal / Agency tier supports unlimited client portals under unified management.
Are there per-seat fees or user limits?
No. Workflood uses flat workspace pricing. Invite as many developers, operations managers, and team members as you need at no extra charge.
What counts as a production run?
Each live action execution triggered by webhook, API, manual run, or schedule counts once. Editor test runs and dry runs do not count toward your monthly quota.
Are there usage overages?
No. Workflood does not charge surprise overages. Runs pause at the plan limit until the next billing cycle or an upgrade.
